House Rules
From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
Until 10:00 AM
Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival.
A damage deposit of 300 EUR is required on arrival, which will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Children of all ages are welcome.
A crib for children aged 1 to 3 is available upon request at no additional cost.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Small pets are allowed on request. Additional charge is applied.
For your safety, video surveillance is installed in the parking area and in front of the house. Please be aware that there is no surveillance in the recreational area by the pool or within the interior of the villa, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
